I am a very satisfied customer and want to specifically recognize Brittaney Quick, my service coordinator, and Erik from valet service. Brittaney services all of our vehicles and consistently goes above and beyond. She makes scheduling easy, coordinates pickup and drop-off, communicates clearly, and follows through on every detail. Over the years, I have used BMW service departments across Northeast Ohio, and this is the best service team I have dealt with. Brittaney is respectful, knowledgeable, professional, and accurate in her communication. She represents the dealership extremely well and is clearly an asset to the organization. She also consistently speaks highly of the character of the ownership and management team, which reflects well on the culture of the dealership. Erik in valet service also deserves recognition. He is courteous, dependable, and professional, and he makes the pickup and drop-off process smooth and convenient. Overall, Brittaney and Erik provide the type of service experience that builds long-term loyalty. They are a major reason we continue to trust this dealership with all of our vehicles.
