My 8 year old Kia Soul was having engine problems, took it in to Kia Garden Grove for service. Luis the manager mentioned I may have a warranty left since I was the original owner. The tech ran diagnostics and Kia approved the warranty. I was offered a loaner while my engine was replaced. Every potential cost was explained in case the warranty was not honored. Luis was knowledgeable, courteous and everything went extremely smooth.

The service department was kind, efficient, and seriously customer service oriented. It's always a pleasure to bring our fleet vehicles in for service.
