I always receive great service from Kia. Have been receiving my car service at this location in Garden Grove since I bought my car five years ago

I had a professional experience. Web treated me with respect and care and provided great recommendations for upcoming services needed. I felt seen and like servicing my car mattered and not like a money grab like I had with other Kia dealerships.

They were on top of what was going on with my car and took care of the problem and updated me in a timely manner and I was very happy with the outcome.

We had a very frustrating experience at Garden Grove Kia and I want to share it so other buyers can be careful. Before coming in, we received an email from the gm that listed pricing misleading. Based on that information, my wife and I drove to the dealership fully prepared to purchase the vehicle that day. Once we arrived, we were told that the price in the email was actually just the normal online price and that taxes and registration would still be added on top. In other words, the numbers we were given beforehand were not accurate to the actual out-the-door price. The staff member we met with was polite, but the overall situation felt misleading and ended up wasting a significant amount of our time. We came in ready to buy and left very disappointed. For comparison, we ended up purchasing a vehicle the next day from another Kia dealership in Cerritos that was straightforward and transparent about their pricing from the beginning. My advice to anyone considering Garden Grove Kia strongly consider other dealerships that practice some ethical business.
