Bobby the sales manager was welcoming, personable and professional. My sales representative Mathew provided beneficial information about the Cadillac options. Steve was great at showing us how to work all the amazing features of my new Optiq. Steve even welcomed me back two days after I picked up my vehicle to over additional questions! Marcy in the parts department was so professional and followed up with me as to the status of my order. She was friendly and helpful and I am glad she was the one assisting me. Cadillacs will sell themselves and if you ever sat in one you would know why. That being said it is helpful to have a sales team that can answer your questions, show you the additional features you don’t see online. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase either of the cars I test drove. I was satisfied with the deal I agreed to. I love my car and would definitely return if I ever wanted another Cadillac.
