Very helpful and anticipated my needs before I could even verbalize. Charlie was a great salesman not too pushy but answered all my questions perfectly.

Him and everyone at Gary Crossley Ford are great, just wish Ford itself was as concerned about standing behind their product. Great experience with dealership, not so much with warranty and engineering at Ford.
