I purchased a new Toyota Corolla Cross in 2024. Very nice car. Haven't had a bit of problems with it so far. Stopped in today to see Travis M. Who sold me my car. It was his day off. The young man who told me Travis was off asked me if he could help me. His name was Devin J. I had purchased a new phone and attempted to transfer/connect it with my Toyota multimedia console and failed. Travis M. told me if I ever had any questions or concerns to call him or stop by. Devin J. was so professional and polite with me. He said he didn't know everything about technology but he would give it a try. I handed him my phone and we sat in my car and within 15 minutes Devin J. had my phone and car multimedia working together! Devin J. made my day!! Thank you Devin J.🤗

I’ve been a Gates Toyota customer for almost 15 years and am pleased to provide a strong recommendation based on my interactions with their salespeople and their service department. Everyone has been friendly, courteous, listened to my questions and always provided clear answers. I’m on my second Prius and these have been excellent cars at fair prices.

I went to have my tires checked the tire icon was displayed on the dashboard. The technician checked all the tires for a leak and made sure they were all at the correct inflation level.
