DEALERSHIP IS FINE. HAVING A PROBLEM WITH RADIO CONTROLS. VERY COMPLICATED! CAN NOT REMEMBER WHAT TRAVIS SHOWED ME. INSTRUCTION BOOK VERY LITTLE HELP.

Thought that a 60$ fee to replace a light for the license plate was steep
I have always used the dealership for service & have generally been satisfied. The last two visits, however, both service technicians listed necessary services that my vehicle needs, yet both times I corrected them providing dates and mileage when those services were already performed. Either their database is wrong or they are trying to upsell services. Once corrected they apologized but it has happened twice now. Please ensure the technicians recommend only those services that are required based on vehicle history.
