I bought a 2016 fiat in 2017 abd a month later took it back because it was revving hard and wouldn’t move further. I had extended all inclusive factory warranty. Well, they said there was nothing wrong with it. Today at 40000 miles it burned out abd wouldn’t go further. Congratulations, not covered under either factory or fifty dollar a month warranty. I will never get scammed into extended warranty again, I hate the car, can’t afford the clutch, was overcharged for the car abd can’t drive it. But I have to pay my car payment and won’t be able to get out of this car now. Got totally taken advZntage of.

I am Jennifer Lewis and now have the most perfect fiat 500c lounge that manager Ron and sales Eric made perfectly attainable for me to have ....I didnt even see the car before i owned it and they got it spot on !!!! (That is the true the ability to know what ur client needs and wants)! PERFECT EXPERIENCE ! As for Maryann (business manager) who I wish I had not been so selfish and eager to take my baby home( she was off hoping for a peaceful evening) ....I didnt get the the complete experience of a seasoned business manager that I should have ...however my husband did when he bought his new spyder 2 days earlier . I went to the Jeep Dodge dealership and walked the lot for 30 minutes and went in to the showroom floor and nobody came to greet me. Salesmen were not busy with customers, they were chit chatting off to the side. I left there and went to the Fiat dealership. Eric come out promptly and answered my questions and was very attentive to my concerns. Eric was very professional and courteous. I spoke to the sales manager, Ron, a few times about purchasing a vehicle from Fiat. Ron is very knowledgeable and treated me with great respect. I returned the next day, unannounced, Eric greeted me and we talked about making a deal. An hour later, I was driving off the lot with a Fiat 124 Spider. Ron took care of making sure that the numbers were good with me. Maryann took great care of me in regards to title tags financing and additional warranty coverage, answering all my questions. The entire team at the dealership was professional and make sure that I got what I wanted and needed. This group of professionals took the extra step to ensure that I was taken care of. I enjoyed my experience so much that I come in 3 days later and bought another vehicle from Fiat of Melbourne. Again, Ron took exceptional care of us. Ron and the detailer had even stayed after hours to accommodate my schedule to ensure the delivery of my second vehicle went flawlessly. I highly recommend Fiat of Melbourne.
