We bought a 2020 ford edge, and within 2000 miles we had issues with the AWD system. I contacted them and they brought it in and scanded it found out it was a bad sensor on the rear differential. We had not bought the extended warranty, but they were great and covered the whole thing. We will definitely go back again for any more service and if we are in the market for a new car.
