I recently brought my 2024 F-150 to Sarra Ford Gaylord for an oil change, and unfortunately, the service was subpar. It appears that the technicians cut corners by not removing the skid plate during the oil change, resulting in oil leaking all over my garage floor overnight. When my wife returned the vehicle the next day, they cleaned the undercarriage and rechecked the oil, but the inconvenience and lack of professionalism were already apparent. What’s worse, I was promised a follow-up call once the service was complete, and no one ever reached out. As a long-time customer of Bill Marsh Ford Gaylord, I was accustomed to consistent, high-quality service. Sadly, this experience with Sarra Ford Gaylord did not meet those standards. This has left me questioning whether I’ll return in the future.
The service is always great but the cost is very high. $30.00 for a air filter and maybe 1 minute to install it is kinda over-charging to me. $70.00 for so, is also expensive for an oil change.
Not only was the car I purchased very nice, the sales staff and everyone else at the dealership were exceptional, knew their jobs, were courteous, and very helpful. I must say that the process was very quick and easy. I think that I was in and out of the dealership within about 2 hours.
Made appointment 7 days in advance . Came home after truck was there 21/2 days after no calls or returned calls from dealership. I stopped in and truck was not worked on and they couldn’t work on truck until following day possibly But most likely until Monday. Took truck with out service being done
