I’ve always had a good experience with this dealership. However, I recently made an appointment for an oil change and to have a front license plate bracket put on my Blazer. A woman took my appointment over the phone. When I showed up for the appointment a few days later, I worked with Joey… He was amazing… But he told me that when the appointment was booked nobody ever bothered to order the license plate bracket for me. So… I had to make another appointment and come up on a Saturday to have the bracket installed. Joey was busy when I came up for the second appointment so I had to work with someone else who obviously didn’t know the story…. The guy was nice enough, but there were no apologies or amends to correct the dealership’s error. This isn’t necessarily a dealbreaker with the dealership, but this was certainly annoying and it showed a gap in communication between parts and service.

If you require chevrolet parts or service the are very good. If you need general automotive repair for non gm parts, the are not helpful

My service is always done to perfection. My Tech Thomas, my Service Advisor Gabe and Roxanna who scheduled my appointment are outstanding. As usual their professionalism and customer service is always on point.
