words can’t describe how happy I was to see this beautiful Escape, sitting in the showroom floor and to find out that it was for me. didn’t know my mom was gonna surprise me with a brand new vehicle, I was so happy that I started to cry, because this is the best gift anyone can ask for! I want to say thank you to jhujhu for helping her out and making all of this possible. (:

My experience here was so great. They were so friendly and thoughtful during the whole process. I initially went to get my other car checked at Quick Lane. Everybody there is great to. Since I was already there I decided to go check on the status of the recall on my Escape Hybrid. They took me right over to the main lobby and Louis Salazar got everything rolling. His beautiful brain was working constantly to figure out what needed to be done. He provided me with a water and made sure I was comfortable. When my daughter came he helped her find me and got me some crackers to take with my medication. I was hurting and needed them. This car was fresh off the truck that afternoon, brand new. I absolutely LOVE this car!! Thanks for making me happy with my car again!!!! Also thank you to Brandon, Andres and Jayden. These people work so well together.
Very nice customer service. Process was nice and simple. Everything went nice and smoothly. Communication was always great.
This is my 3rd purchase with this location McComb Ford west. Working with Tre in past always made my purchases very comfortable and meeting jhu make it fun.
