Kevin, our salesman was very nice. The guy with financials was rude. I feel like the process overall could have been much quicker.

I think I was charged for things I didn't ask for warranty,coupon book etc.

My Salesman was Ken Willis and he really took care of us. I Flew all the way from New York City to buy GMC Yukon XL Denali from Victory GMC. ken picked me up. From the airport two hours away. drove me to the dealership and completed the sale , he’s a true professional and an expert . I was really happy with whole experience!!!

Best car buying experience I’ve had in a very long time. I was dreading buying a new car, but my salesman, Ken, and everyone else I dealt with treated me like a customer should be treated. I felt welcomed and appreciated from the moment I stepped on the lot to the moment I was handed the keys in my driveway after they offered to drop it off for me so I didn’t have to wait for the new windshield they didn’t have to install to be ready.
