Ford of Londonderry have been extremely helpful resolving issues with vehicle. their concierge service is top notch. Services performed were very professional and timely.
My whole experience with Ford of Londonderry was great. It was quick. It was smooth. I went in in the morning came back at 1 o’clock. Drove home with new truck.
I was having an issue with the radio in my wifes 2017 Escape where it needed to be reset after I batter management system. I wish I had gotten the young ladaies name and the gentlemens who fixed my radio today. They were very pleasnt and customer orientated. Thank you very much. I highly reccomend the dealership.
I’ve been going to Ford of Londonderry for years. They all have great customer service and top notch service. I would highly recommend them. I also want yo give a shout out to Wanda. She went above and beyond to help me activate my Ford App
I stopped by and spoke to MaryBeth about my problem. She said she would do some research. She called me later that day and set up an appointment and knew what the problem was. I set up an appointment, MaryBeth got the car fixed 90 minutes before the time I requested it to be ready since I had some errands to complete.
