Clean and courteous. Very professional in the services provided. Services were explained, and vehicle finished on time
Waited for a half hour while my car was finished I had to eventually go back to the front desk but had to wait until her phone call was done
I have been dealing with this dealership for years as well as my children. They are very professional and dependable. The only negative thing I would say is that the points you earn to get money off on oil changes , tire rotations or and mechanical work is so high that it’s virtually useless! Do something to make it useful to dedicated customers! Thank you John Bottaro
Ford of Londonderry is great. The staff is knowledgeable, and efficient. The customer lounge is well appointed. I drive from Nashua to go there because I have had such poor service from Best ford in Nashua.
Ford of Londonderry Service Department providing overall great service as usual. They are my go to for routine maintenance and for any other concerns. I love my 2021 F150 and like all autos, keeping up with routine maintenance will keep them running strong. The team does the job efficiently and within very reasonable time. They took the vehicle on time and as someone who waits for the job to complete, it is convenient to have a team working with very little delay. Thank you to the crew and the reception staff for being a great team.
