What Others Say

This has to be one of the worst service departments I’ve been in contact with through my travels across the US. A simple key program from a key that was purchased in January and I couldn’t get scheduled until today(March 7). Well when I arrived at the appointment I was told to drop my car off because they wouldn’t get to it today but possibly tomorrow. The “appointment “ I had was just to reserve me a spot in line and the service technician would get to it when it was my turn. Then to request to speak to the Service manager you must first speak to his representative and she decides if your issue is important enough for the manager to talk to you. At this point I went to parts to get the key fob and decided I wouldn’t spend another minute being looked over and definitely wouldn’t spend any more money there. If ever I would want someone to loose a position it would be James Hoaxie the so called manager. The reason the service department is a failure in customer service is because he is a failure.

Buyer beware! The good: Out-of-state Certified Pre Owned Jaguar purchase. Liked the team, efficient and nice people - got to a good deal and the purchase process was slick. Back office has been great throughout. The bad: Unfortunately these vastly outweigh the positives. Post-purchase customer service from the sales team has been poor, but the two biggest issues are both shady business practices: 1. I discovered after closing (from their own website) that the pricing should have included the $699 closing fee, yet I was charged that in addition to the sale price, and thus it wasn’t quite such a good deal… :-). 2. Only when I arrived to pick up the car was I informed that there was only one key, and it wasn’t possible to give me the second. This felt underhand and unnecessarily turned this into a negative purchase experience.

Had a standard maintenance visit for an F-Pace recently. Everything went like clockwork from scheduling through completion. Chad is always a pleasure to work with. He’s knowledgeable, friendly and delivers on commitments.

I want to express if you are going to purchase any vehicle at Baker Motors ask for Thien "TN" This is the second vehicle I've purchased in 3 years from him. Dude knows more stuff about every car on the lot and he personally takes pride in checking you out on all features of the vehicle. The F Pace I just bought my daughter has already paid for it's self. A person came to a sudden stop in the middle of an intersection and my daughter couldn't react fast enough but the car sure did. It came to a stop before hitting the car in front of her. Thanks again Thien and Everybody at Baker Motors. See you in a few years!!

The service at Jaguar in Charleston is exceptional and I truly recommend them, any person requiring service done. I have always brought the Jaguar there. Anthony J. La Marca .

My E-Pace needed service and I was notified of a recall by Baker Motors. David Korelirz was professional, kind and the service area impeccable. Thank you for the notifications of progress and I am very impressed. Many thanks, Linda Howard
