First, a petty complaint regarding a lack of a coffee or beverage machine in the waiting area. I realize the ongoing expansion work is necessary. And I approve of the changes I’ve seen thus far. Secondly, your service department staff have always been courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Most recently Mr. John Merriweather.

Thom Bell did an excellent job keeping me informed of progress and setting expectations for cost. In the end the bill came in under the estimate
