our sales person, Ricky, was great to work with. We did a couple test drives and he explained all the new computer safety features which is our first car with those features. Answered all our questions and concerns.

I just bought a used 2016 Honda Odyssey. It only came with one key fob, so I ordered another one from Honda on Grand. It came quickly and they programmed the fob quickly and I was on my way.
Routine oil change that we had an appt for took about 3 hours. And quoted a $50 for simple tire rotation service. The comprehensive report afterwards was nice. May go to independent shop or another dealer next time for service.
Came in for a routine oil change, had my car back in less than an hour which was amazing! I’m just saddened that my service advisor called me when I was done, handed me papers and showed me to the cashier without another word. I was hoping he would have told me how everything went and how my car was looking after the multi-point inspection on his own. I felt brushed off that I had to find him to ask my questions.
