I had a really good experience with Israel. He was informative, knowledgeable, and open about what was going on. I originally was booked with another advisor, and he quickly helped me. It was a relief to now that he saw me in need of help and was the first one to take action since my original advisor was late. My service took no longer than an hour and a half and he was able to assist me with plans and toyota care as well. Izzy saved me and I’ll only be going to him from now on

All service personnel are great, but we especially like Chris LaPorte. It’s nice to be recognized when we come in.

I've been having my car serviced with Al Hendrickson for over 10 years and the improvement with the service dept. was remarkably noticeable. I like how there is a representative that greets you, verifies your appointment and service advisor. My service advisor came right away and we were able to discuss the purpose of my visit. The best part is that I got to meet the mechanic that was going to work on my car. This allowed me to explain the problem(s) and noise with my car directly to the person fixing it. I also liked the tire health and safety report and the video that was sent by the mechanic! My service advisor, Santiago, was also great. He was very service oriented and explained everything. Kudos to Al Hendrickson Toyota for these positive changes.
