This review is a community review of Mr. Kenny Long, Sales Consultant with Greenbrier Motor Company in Lewisburg, WV. I do not know Mr. Long personally, but I recently ran into him one evening at Kroger when I was having difficulty with one of my tires and I didn't know what to do. I drove around the gas pumps and stopped to ask for help. He came right over and looked at my tire and offered to help me. He met me at the air pump, put air in for me, talked to me the whole time, explaining what to do and giving me helpful advice. He was exactly who I needed at exactly the right time, and he didn't want anything in return for the help. We shook hands, and he did give me his business card. As I drove home, I reflected on how helpful he had been and my thankfulness, and how he is an asset to our community, and I'm sure he is to the company as well. I don't need a vehicle right now, but I can say that Kenny would be the type of person I would want to deal with if I was looking to purchase a vehicle. Based on the character traits that he showed towards me that evening when I needed a helping hand - compassion, willingness to help, honesty, trustworthy, resourceful, positive attitude - I would confidently highly recommend Kenny Long. I could not submit this review unless I selected a reason for visit, make/model of vehicle, etc., so I did have to select answers for those questions. However, this was only a community review that I hoped people would find helpful - I didn't actually visit the shop.

They don’t stand behind their vehicles, purchased the extended warranty to find out they lied. Found out the hard way that not all parts are covered under the hood of the vehicle. So buyer beware.

Tim Sheets did a great job helping me get a Jeep that I was happy with. They’re all a great group of guys from the Sales team all the way to the finance department. Could not ask for better customer service.
