Our experience at Greens Toyota Lexington Ky was an extremely pleasant one. Staring with our initial contact salesperson Lorenzo Lecce who greeted us with a pleasant greeting putting forth positive energy and a warm welcome. He sat down with us me in person and my husband on speaker phone and addressed all my husbands concerns with graceful intelligent answers. Then further speaking with me Lorenzo identified our vehicle needs and budget and then guided us to a variety of vehicles on the lot. He was also attentive that I was moving. After several visits on the days to follow Lorenzo helped us settle on a Camry XLE. Then we went through the purchasing process and Lorenzo made this a smooth easy process. Because the vehicle was on the lot we received a dealership discount, a discounted extended warranty was offered, we were surprised we were even given a generous amount for our trade, and rubber mats in new vehicle. After the sale just as Lorenzo went the extra mile so many times already, he spent some time with us setting up the Toyota app and tethering our phones to it. Lorenzo gave us world class top notch service and a very pleasant experience matching us with our new Camry that is already working so well for our family. Huge Blessing! Kristen Bailey was wonderful service advisor, with little wait. Service was done in a timely manner. They provided a video of the Van inspection and gave recommendations.

Everything was well organized and efficient. Nathan was very busy but still took the time to be friendly. Hope the construction ends soon.
