Friendly/professional, helpful staff. All needs taken care of promptly. Was frustrating to get vehicle home and having it towed back next day with dead battery. But dealership took care of needs promptly. I did ask to get my jumper cables back that were left trunk (I forgot to get them). No one called me back That was my only complaint.

The service was much quicker than I expected, pricing was very competitive with non-dealerships.

I was stuck out of the state when my AT4X (a very nice truck I might add) was due NOW for an oil change and tire rotation. A day later, as soon as I got back in my home area I called Terry in the Service Department at Greg Lair. "Terry, I need an oil change ASAP! "How about tomorrow morning,” he asked. "I'm tied up on a project tomorrow." "Bring it the next day- 2:00 pm," he said. I arrived at 1:45 and drove right into the service area. I decided to wait on the truck ( I never wait on the truck. I usually just come back later.) I was out the door in less than 45 mins. Another great job by Terry and the crew at Greg Lair GMC! I love this truck (thnx Brett), and I'm really glad I bought it at Greg Lair. The real measure of a dealership is good prices and great service. Greg Lair GMC has made it very clear to me, it's important to them to take care of me and my beautiful 3/4 Ton AT4X. I've been driving since I was 15. I'm now 73. I've had a lot of cars and truck during those 58 years. But my best experience has been with Greg Lair GMC.
