What Others Say

I took my king ranch in for service and i worked with Erin. She is amazing at what she does, she's helpful, kind, and funny. because of her, ill continue to get my vehicles serviced here. She deserves a pay raise. if you go here ask for Erin!

I wanted to share my experience with the service team at Gresham Ford. Erin and Cher in the service department were fantastic. They explained everything to me and kept me updated on the work being done to my vehicle. As a busy person, I really appreciated their communication and the fact that they let me know when my car was ready. I've had a lot of vehicles and been to many service departments, but this was the absolute best experience I've had. I will definitely be returning to Gresham Ford for all my service needs, and I'll be recommending Erin and Cher to anyone who needs work done on their car. If you want to be treated with the utmost respect, I highly recommend going to Gresham Ford.

I ordered a 2025 F150 Platinum with MSRP over $80,000. When we picked up the truck, the DIO keypad entry had not been installed. I was told to bring it back for installation but that would require a 5 hour round trip. I was then told to have my local Tillamook dealer install it. I did that but had to pay the labor out of pocket, which was only a half hour job at $75. The Gresham Sales Manager said I would be reimbursed. Over 2 weeks after I submitted the receipt and have not received reimbursement. I was at the dealership for 4 hours to simply pick up my truck, pay cash and not one person there could install this simple keypad. Now, the dealership is dragging their feet to pay for a $75 job on an $80,000 purchase. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing my next new truck at this dealership.

I had a really good experience when the salesperson showed me the selection of Broncos and wanted to find the right one for me. He followed up and said he found one at another dealer. Had me do a credit check and then wouldn't respond. I called the sales manager and general manager, and no return phone calls for four days. Finally, the salesperson said they hadn't been able to do the dealer trade after all. Total waste of time. I wouldn't work with this dealer; I went to another Ford dealership in town, and everything went very well.

" WARNING GRESHAM FORD ",** MY MESSAGE TO THE GOV. AGENCY THAT DEALS WITH THE LEMON LAW IN OREGON I bought a 2023 Ford E Transit Van, fully loaded with approx. 8K in upgrades for my youngest son's company. I have bought many trucks and vans from Gresham Ford since 2005 without issue. I always pay cash ($76,000.00+) with a company check. When my son picked up the van he noticed several factory defects like bare metal, no paint - only primer, paint drips, scratches, painters tape stuck in the paint, windshield and driver side window being badly scratched. They said take it home and bring it back in a few weeks to fix, so he did. It was with Gresham Ford for 4+ months and when we finally said enough is enough they told us that they never took it to the paint shop and they only repaired the glass, after lying to us for 4+ months. They kept telling us it was at the shop and the shop is severely busy etc etc. Then Their excuse was that Ford Motor Company will not fix it, so we contact FMC and they drag this on for months until we get an email of a denial! At first FMC said they would buy the van back or maybe give us a fuel operated van just like this electric van but then they said they will not and GRESHAM FORD flat out refused to fix anything but the glass and we had to argue. When my son picked the van up at Gresham Ford it has NEW Damage, a dent in the side while it sat at their lot for 4+ months. This van is not only defective but it is FRAUD as it does not get 180+ miles per charge as stated rather it gets 60 miles per full charge at best and it costs more to operate then a fuel Transit van. This van is not usable for a company that drives around Pdx all day. It also now has a major recall and other issues. Other dealers admitted to us that they are stopping making these vans because they are lemons, they used the word LEMON and it truly is. We have a brand new pc of scrape metal basically and FMC and Gresham Ford refuse to even reply any more. We talked to other Ford dealers and they said this is a bad story and worse yet no one wants one of these vans because of exactly what we are going through. We simply want a full refund OR a 2023 Fuel Transit van of equal value, fully loaded like this one. We are at a loss and GRESHAM FORD IS STONEWALLING US, how do we get this massive Ford Motor company to stop stealing from us and make Gresham Ford act legally? Ford admits these vans are junk and they do not want it back, this is blatant Theft and GREED. In all of the years I have bought F series vehicles from Gresham Ford I never received this kind of treatment, the blatant, cavalier LYING and DECEPTION is disgusting. So we Filed a claim with several Gov. Agencies and are seeking restitution by a new fuel van or a full refund. We have a Volume of proof in Documents / Emails / Texts many pages of facts related to this terrible treatment by GRESHAM FORD - But the fact that GRESHAM FORD would make us go through all of this just to avoid their legal responsibilities is astounding and you would think Ford Motor Company would want to correct this asap but instead they are pulling the old David and Goliath routine, Stay away from Ford commercial Electric vehicles they are literally a waste of money and a head ache especially at GRESHAM FORD as they have proven over the past 6.5 months to not care about this long time customer or their own reputation nor applying Ethical and honest business practices when a problem like ours arises, we bought this van brand new, it should be under warranty especially for factory defects?? - Joe

Ryan has been servicing our cars for years and is a rock star! He's also been great with my parents cars as well!
