Ralph is always very personable. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the products, helpful in explaining the work to be completed, and the choices that best fits the customers needs.

Great dealer. Crappy that the Ford programming which caused the issue is not stable. Ford shouldn’t stick owners with their issues.
