Gunn Acura has excellent service. I always take my car in a little early and they always service my car.
Staff is attentive and respectful. It was easy to schedule my regular maintenance. My car was finished on time. Couldn’t ask for more.
Went to Gun Acura for maintenance that was over due on my car. Gabriel and the Service team took excellent care of my car and respected my time. They made recommendations based on year/mile of m car and searched for recalls on the vehicle. I given enough information to choose or decline what I was not interested in without pressure. Although the face of the people are changing the core values remains intact. See y’all at the next maintenance check-in.
Courteous staff and relatively quick service if you go early enough in the morning, gets quite busy after 10am
Had another excellent customer experience with my Service Manager, JT. He’s the best! Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, helpful guy. I truly appreciate all his hard work!
They do good work on the car, and communication is excellent. The service department is very professional. The only complaint I have is they charge a 3% premium if you pay via credit card, which I feel is unbecoming of a high end car dealer.
