Took my 2016 Acura ILX in for a recall on the master cylinder on August 6th 2026. they told me it would be a one-day job. They delivered; I got my car back at the end of the day. Mariah was helpful and respectful. She did a great job!

My service advisor was very helpful when answering my questions concerning the repair on my vehicle. After the dynostice was done. He was able to provide me with what needed to be done. It would take a few days for them to receive the part. Since I lived a distance, I left my vehicle as they were able to repair it to my satisfaction. I was also provided with transportation back to my residence. Thank you for making me a happy customer. Honesty is the best policy. .

Bought a 2025 ADX A-Spec, on July 17, 2026. It was a loaner with all the features I wanted with 4,500 miles. Felix Ndukwe had tracked my visits since 11/2024 before the ADX was available in the United States. I wanted the ADX to be mechanically reviewed before committing to a purchase. I did my due diligence against the competition - Honda, Toyota and Lexus. I keep my cars 10+ years, so this was a BIG purchase. Being a woman, I experienced patience as I narrowed down my decision with all confidence. The Gunn dealership was commendable in their sales process. I traded in my 2012 TSX wih 164,000+ miles in excellent condition and it was an easy and worthwhile process created by Peter. I worked with Andrew and Adam when Felix was off to move to a purchase forward. I do not make hasty financial decisions and I wanted to be completely confident in my ADX purchase. Felix was a trooper to check on me, when/if I was ready to purchase since 11/2024. I give him credit for his follow through. The purchase process was easy and gratifying. I was happy to purchase another Acura. I am happy to be driving a fun, luxury SUV. Learning about all the technology upgrades is a learning curve, but I will get there! My friends and neighbors are eyeing my new purchase. Gunn Acura should see some new customers from the Texas Hill Country as I zip around in my new ADX.

Amazing dealership! The sales team isn’t working for commission so they’re not pushy. Very upfront and honest! They let me take the car home for a couple days since I was shopping late in the day and to be sure I like the car and I do! When I’m ready to buy again I’m coming here!
