What Others Say

Spencer made the car buying experience seamless. Was very respectful to all questions and my time. Dealership was friendly and very welcoming.

Quick appointment, excellent communication, pick up and delivery of my vehicle, advised me of additional services.

The Young salesman Max did a great job and I felt everybody involved with the sale. Did a good job.

Spencer and the team at Al Spitzer Ford provide amazing service. They truly care about you as a customer, and it shows that it's about more than just making a sale. Spencer was helpful, attentive, and made the entire experience a great one. I highly recommend Spencer and Al Spitzer Ford to anyone looking for excellent customer service, and great car and deal for you. This team genuinely cares about it's customer.

This is the second vehicle we purchased/leased for SPITZER Ford in Cuyahoga Falls. We worked with Cooper and Patrick. Both are amazing to work with.

I have bought 4 new cars from this dealership it has always been a good experience but i will say I do not like the fact that this time I didn't see the purchase agreement breakdown till I was sitting in finance office and caught a few errors that would of cost me money and the finance guy twice had to redo paperwork. I think a better practice would to go thru purchase agreement with customer prior to sending them to finance office
