I have known Guy for over 10 years and I have purchased 3 cars from his company in a time of need he helped me out a lot by allowing me to do what he calls pick up payments this allowed me to get the car and pay the deposit every two weeks and until paid in full then you start your payments Guy can be hard sometimes but this is his business and sometimes you have to show tough love but if you tell him that there's something wrong with your car he will fix it with no problem I've never had a car that needed anything major oil change, maybe
