Steve, this is really just a letter to you. I've worked with several dealers, ranging from 8 to 11 hour deals but you were just phenomenal. I leased a 2026 Toyota Sienna yesterday whilst turning in my Honda Odyssey that had a minor accident and honestly I was worried about how it would turn out.
