They were both professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and I never felt pressured at any point. I also want to give special recognition to Dennis, the finance manager. I contacted my credit union, which had pre-approved me for the loan, and started the wire transfer while I was completing the paperwork. Dennis was great throughout the entire process. He was extremely professional, transparent, and took the time to make sure I understood everything I was signing. Most importantly, I never felt pressured to purchase unnecessary extras or that I was being hit with unexpected fees. I really appreciated his honesty and straightforward approach. The entire wire transfer process took about an hour, and I was on the road back to Connecticut by 1:00 PM. Considering I was purchasing a vehicle several hours from home, the process could not have gone much smoother. All in all, this was one of the smoothest vehicle purchases I have ever experienced.
