Great place, great people! Jordan was so helpful we bought one car and came back a week later for a second car. Definitely recommend calling on Jordan. If he doesn’t have it in stock he will help you find it.
Fantastic all the way around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in 1 hour as scheduled.
Victoria was great to work with. She helped me immediately when I showed up for my appointment and got me checked in and on my way to work without any delay. When arriving back at the dealer ship to pick up my truck, Victoria was busy on the phone, but took the time to ask another person to assist me with my check out.
We enjoyed purchasing our 2026 Crown from Handy Toyota in xx. Albans, VT. Jesse T. Was exceptionally helpful and patient as he listened to what we were looking for and letting us test drive 3 cars. He showed us 5 different options and gave us time to think through which car was the best choice for us. He is a wonderful salesman and we appreciated his no pressure sales approach. Jesse and Dennis both worked together to help us make the purchase work with our budget and get the best deal. We are very happy with our new Crown and recommend Handy Toyota to friends and family.
The sales representatives were friendly, helpful and not pushy. Chris helped my wife and I to purchase our car quickly and with not hassles or strings attached.
Weird that undercoat offered without bottom panels removed. Took 3.5 hours instead of 2.5 as communicated on arrival. tv stuck, no world cup. otherwise, aok
