Everything went very smooth, everyone was pleasant to work with, the problem was found and resolved by the end of the day. Great job and the loaner vehicle was very nice! A great opportunity to try out an electric car.
My Wife and I had a great time working with Jesse Turner, our sales associate who placed no pressure on us and worked with our many questions. Eric Mclaren and Mason Maltais also were fantastic as they were considerate of our lives curveballs and informative during the purchase process of our new Tacoma. Excellent service from my first phone call to the dealership. Zoe, my sales associate was amazing and I never felt pressured like at some auto dealerships. Very professional, friendly and fun. Knew all the facts about the Toyota Rav 4 that I purchased immediately after the test drive. Dennis , the finance guy was also wonderful to deal with and made that part of the deal a breeze.
