What Others Say

My husband and I drove from Ocala then to Auburndale looking for our family retirement vehicle. We were about to give up but I said, 'Lets go to Orlando". We visited several lots & was discouraged with the inventory presented. On our way home I saw the vehicle I desired. My husband walked into the office spoke with the owner & sales representative David. We were treated with the upmost respect. Test drove & needless to say. We are the proud owner of an Nissan Armada. Thank you all for being so helpful in helping us attain our dream vehicle. I will recommend them anyone.

Never responded with information or a return phone call. I would never suggest anyone have any dealings with this company.

Great staff!!! These guys get the job done! Sold me my first truck I financed alone!! Jimmy is the guy to talk to! Big shot out to that guy!! Go let him out you in your new whip, he’ll get you the best deal!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE .. I bought a 2019 accord from here. No check engine light test drove the car it was fine. After purchasing the car I left the dealer 10 mins later all the lights came on in the dash. I called them and let them know what’s going on. They told me bring it by the Monday I did their mechanic told me the battery was loose and he tighten it. I left later that day all the lights came back on. I called over and over they keep telling me they never had an appointment for the days I was off work so I decided to bring the car to Honda and they diagnosed that the car has a blown head gasket. Long story short I bought it back to tropical and they refused to fix it or put me in a different car. Now I’m stuck with a car that need over 4k repair.

I am giving one star because everyone was nice and I'm hoping they didn't try to intentionally screw me. My son found a car here and based on years in business and reviews, despite thinking a bigger dealership might be better, we took a chance. I believed them when they said the car was checked from top to bottom, which immediately was apparent to not be the case. I should have been suspicious when the asking price advertised online ended up being $2000 more in person. He then discounted 600 dollars so I moved forward since it was about 1400 difference. The salesman found 2 issues with the car before we left that they said they would fix. One was fixed and another item we found immediately upon returning home. The item they would not fix was the problem with the sunroof- a cracked frame I believe, but this was not vital to the operation of the car, yet they said initially they would take care if it. Their mechanic said the panel needed calibration and to take it to a Chrysler dealership since the display was not accurate. That was completely untrue. They found 5 different mechanical /repair issues. I wasn't worried because I did buy the recommended warranty but apparently the warranty does not cover emissions related issues or mechanical issues due to wear and tear. We only filed for 3 items to be repaired at this time and they were all denied. So the warranty was a waste. The cost is about $2800 before tax. All of this was discovered a week after buying the car. I did text Rich to let him know. I don't know how I can pay for this. I feel taken advantage of and the whole situation is so dishonest. My 16 year old son is so upset. I may consult with an attorney or report to local advertising mediums and the BBB. I hope noone goes through this nightmare I'm going through

I sent an e-mail requesting information and they never answered back. I lost interest in the car.
