I purchased a Nissan rogue last month but after driving the car for few hours on the highway i notice a very rare sound like in the tires as a woman my mechanical knowledge is limited and was very worried because i purchase this car myself and everybody told me that dealership take advantage of womans bla bla bla, so i call my Sales Rep at JP Powercars and we set an appointment to get it check, well just to be short, i never experience a level of customer service like the one i received from Karina Santos, extraordinary customer service, they were doing a cook out and i have my lunch on them "yay" lucky me the noise was only a Big nail that my tire caught up so they decide to replace the tire with a matching tire (new) and i also receive a complementary car wash. it was a great time with them, while they were taking care of customers 'sales"..... great guys, buy from them.

My Best experience buying a car by far, fast, clear, no BS, I drove 2 hrs from Ocala after seeing this truck online, make a call, explain my situation to JP, he told me what to expect and that's it, just like he said happens. no waste of time. I like that way... recommended all the way.

I wanted to say thanks to Pablo to get me the financing for my SUV. great job for the receptionist to make me smile even the car wash guy was nice,they have dedication towards customer service and following through; which is tough to find at many places. I have a fantastic experience at JP Powercars and our Salesman Israel made this happen for us. we are extremely satisfied and happy with the way Israel treat us and with the Nissan Murano, we choose (perfect). the finance manager Pablo gets an incredible financing for us and gets us the payment that we want actually lower, and for our surprise, he adds a 6 months warranty for free. they normally offer full warranty for 3 months so he adds another 3. they are a very energetic young team with a genuine desire of doing good. they even offer to sponsor my son summer baseball team.
