These guys are really trying to sell you cars fast and efficiently. There was a non pressure environment and when there was an error (a crack in the windshield), they took full responsibility. They really pride themselves in transparency.

I bought my second Volvo from Union Park Volvo on January 15, 2021. I got a great deal and had a great experience, but I have called 3 times in the past two week to see if my mats that I ordered are in. No response!! I left messages for my salesman, Patrick, to no avail. I also was promised pin striping, not done yet! I haven’t even had a call back! I guess once you buy, you are forgotten. That was not the case when I bought my other Volvo. Very disappointing! AnnMarie Stafford
