If you have all the time in the world to waste...You've found the perfect dealer.These guys are FANTASTIC about not answering phones,texts or emails. Truly exceptional personal contempt for walk in customers. I don't believe that this is a real,operating business...if it was,they would have shut down years ago.More likely,its a front for one of the Miami area's shadier criminal enterprises.A storefront and a few junk cars out front give them the appearance of a real (shady) used car lot. Thank goodness they would not return my calls or texts or emails.I found a very well cared for used car of the same model for less money with a nice,reputable dealer a few miles away.

If I could give this company a zero I would! The experience in the beginning was amazing. They got me everything I wanted. What took a turn for the worst is I purchased my 2015 Chrysler 200 in August of 2020. It is now December 14, 2020 and I still don’t have a hard tag for my car. I have been getting nothing but the run around, lied too and so much more. I called a few weeks back to check on the status of my tag and was yelled at by a Ms. T. Scott that’s in their homestead office that handles the tags because she thought I was going to yell at her.I really should have done my research on this company because I see that over the years this is a known issue a lot of their customers are having tag issued out problems. I am disappointed at the lack of professionalism they provide and the lack of understanding and sympathy they have for people like me who are struggling with finances due to not having a vehicle. They prey on the weak and innocent for their own pleasure. I’ve been docking everything since August. Still waiting on a callback from Martin the guy that sold me the car for almost two weeks now. Still no call not even and update and they won’t return my calls or answer my calls. Kindly going to call a lawyer and take legal action because of them I no longer have a job and is on the brink of homelessness.

Don't waste your time going to this dealership. Very unorganized and poor customer service. Waited for over two months to get a new tag. No one keeps you informed or calls you back. Was told my Out The Door price included the tags and then said it wasn't included, so the car cost me $400 more than originally negotiated. Reviews speak volume. There are tons of dealerships in South Florida that will treat you better.

omg how are they even still in business. never return phone calls. liars. rip off! They will lie ,tell you they will call you back, never do.

Pague un carro en efectivo $6700 cuando fui por la registracion me cobraron más dinero 2 días después de comprar el carro el a/c no funcionaba fui al dealer por que me habían dicho que tenia garantía por 30 días cuando llegue me dijeron que no me habían dicho nada de eso el mánager un completo estafador no pueden confiar en un hombre que se pinte la cabeza con spray

I bought a car there in may 2016 my car was wrongfully repossessed exactly one year later! They are saying I'm 2 months behind in payments and I'm not. I have all my receipts that I'm payed up to date and actually early on payments.. now they want to sell my car. I'm a single disabled mother of 3.. my kids missed a full week of school because of this and it's possible I may even miss my daughters graduation. This is very wrong!! I even offered to pay one month AGAIN BUT STILL NO COOPERATION! Also have proof one month was stolen from an employee... shame on you car depot of miramar
