Adrien has always been so helpful and professional. He makes sure we are attended to promptly, keeps us updated if we are waiting for our car, sets up rental if needed. We have never had any issues with his service over the years. Great work Adrien!

I just purchased my 4th vehicle from Hatfield. Something kicked up on the highway and knocked one of the parking sensors inside of the bumper. When I took in the truck for its first complimentary service I pointed this out to the service writer and was quoted $125 to make the repair and I agreed. The next day I was called and told it would be over $500 to make the repair which I declined because I didn’t think not was fair to change the price. So now I have a new and expensive truck that screams at me every time I start it. The sensor is not Hatfields fault but I assumed that a repeat customer would get treated with a better level of service but now I know better.
i always get my truck serviced and my warranty work done with no issue's at all , i like the SMALL SHOP vibe's and great quick service, Thank You

Beyond exceeded my expectations. Took my Tahoe for an oil change thought I’d have to be there for a few hours at least they got it done in less than an hour. Making an appointment is not a hassle either. Great service nice facility on the service side of the operation. Everybody is pleasant and approachable & greets you with a sincere smile and a hello. They will be my go to for all my GM product needs.
