Sales person was motivated and helpful. Finance guy did his best, given it was the weekend. Decent folks, all around. Likely wouldn't elect to turn in a lease a few months early given how it works with Ford Motor credit and the pay out penalty being unmitigated even when entering into a new lease. That's on me in the sense I moved forward, wont make that mistake again with a ford lease.
