Meagen was beyond great. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Talking to her the first time made me feel like she knew me my whole life. It was, by far, the best dealership experience I have ever had. I will recommend her to everyone I know that is looking for a car. She is the reason I am giving the dealership 5 stars instead of less. My problem was with the finance side. First, I couldn't get things started because all of the finance people were in some mandatory monthly meeting. I am the GM of a 20 million dollar company and as far as I am concerned, any company willing to put a meeting in front of their customers is failing. I almost backed out of the whole thing because of that but you can thank Meagen for talking me down. I left a message for Devin to call me about wire transfer information at 10 AM and had to call back at 4pm to try and get it again. I check messages more than once in 6 hours. I am not sure why transfer information isn't readily available for a customer trying to pay for a vehicle in cash. If I didn't call again I would have had to wait another day just to transfer the money. These delays cost me an additional two days in rental car fees which made me feel like Heiser is unorganized. Thanks again to Meagen for delivering my car to me while I was at work. She left me feeling great about my purchase even after the delays. You are lucky to have an empathetic employee like her that understands how to read her customers and know what to say and how to say it. Honestly, if I had a car dealership I would try to get her to work for me. I do not know who Bassim Farhoud is, I never talked to him nor have I met him so I am not sure how to rate him which is why I won't. I would like to mention some of your other employees that were especially good. Leela greeted us at the door and was extremely friendly and helpful. She knew who we were meeting with which gave me a great feeling about Heiser. Kratia set up my appointment when I called. She was kind enough to introduce herself and made me feel like I mattered. They both were very professional and friendly which made my experience that much better. One of the best experiences I have had in a dealership from the people at the front desk to the entire sales floor.
It was ok. Communication was a bit lacking. Overall ok. A good dealership. Can get services. Prices a bit high. Not enough communication.
