Help me with my problem The car is still working and I was happy to get it fixed.

Thr service was great The waiting area clean and comfortable Always happy with the service I get at Heiser.

I brought my car in at 7 AM, was told Ellie would be in at 8 AM, it would take a couple hrs to service my car. Didn't hear anything & finally called at 1:30 PM to find out if my car was done. Service had been completed & because the shuttle was out delivering clients, I had a friend take me to pick up my vehicle which was fine.

Went in for a recall repair. They fit me in perfectly despite scheduling issues on my end during the appointment time.

Fair price, good timely service. All good. The car was finished ahead of the original time estimate.
