It is always a pleasure being served at Heiser Toyota! They have consistently treated me with respect and have always exhibited extreme knowledge and professionalism in their interactions with me. This includes the sales representative, the service provider Kevin, the receptionist/cashier, and the ability to receive a loaner vehicle.Always greeted me with a smile and extreme detail in what was needed from me.

I am not sure who Chad Covert was but Javonte helped me out the moment I walked in the door. Got me test driving the car I came to see and closed the deal. I had never driven a car from the showroom before and they were extremely accomodating.
Greeted by Tom as I walked in with a 'how's it going?' from him. 5 minutes later, I was in the waiting room and just over an hour, I was on my way. Tim offered car wash but I did not need it. C
The video and free car wash are very great perks. Shuttle service is very nice.
