Very good experience in reaching an agreeable sale price. Errors in recording the transaction correctly were frustrating, but we worked through it. I was not happy thg that on the day I picked up the vehicle I was told it was a different price. Poor communivation between sales and the front office. Also NO communication on when the vehicle arrived. I had to keep calling for info instead of the salesperson calling me.
Described what they were doing and kept me updated Just six more word. I don't really know what else to say
They were able to get me a car that ran well and if it had a problem they fixed it for me free of charge.
Pleased with the communication regarding work to be completed and expected time to completion. Pleasant experience overall.
Quick and easy My car was serviced on time and the staff was informative and helpful. I was done sooner than predicted which was nice as I was staying. The waiting area and snacks were nice
