Just want to say how much I appreciate Gus in your service department. I have had my car in several times in the last few months because of my battery not holding a charge. Two years ago when the problem started they found out the mirror on the drivers side was causing the problem. That lasted a short time and then I was having the same problems. Put new battery in a couple of times. A week ago the same thing. They kept my car for 4 days and came up with an answer that the lights in my tailgate weren’t turning off. Have my car back now and am hoping this works. I 87 years old and need a car that the battery doesn’t keep going out. Gus has been so helpful and considerate. I had a new battery put in the first of July and it only held the charge for a month.

Took my 2020 Fusion in for check engine light. Couldn't be happier with the service. Daniel was my service advisor and he was very professional and kept in contact with me throughout the process. They even called me right back when we were disconnected. Repairs went quickly and were covered under warranty. Again I am very pleased with the service and everyone I dealt with at this dealership.

I’ve purchased ford trucks and explorers from Hemborg ford for 25 years. Nobody likes to have their car in service and no different. I’ve had my trucks and explorers serviced and Hemborg a few times. All service was performed with professionalism and done to my satisfaction. Robert has been involved in all of these times and I’ve seen him as understanding and thorough.
