I've had to get my car towed 4 times supposedly same issue 1st time battery was replaced .. 2nd 3rd time nothing was done 4th time they kept my car i told them it was not the battery they have had my car over a week and they are still stuck with it bring the battery until today now they say its a parasitic draw... well duh.. im not a mechanic and even I knew that.. ive never been this disappointed til now... unfortunately for md they are the closest dealership and ive been coming here for over 10yrs.. this what happens when new managers come in .. I hope i can get my car back soon..

My search for a new car began at a different Chevrolet dealership in Austin, but the experience there was extremely disappointing and left me feeling frustrated. Seeking a better outcome, I immediately drove to Henna Chevrolet. Upon arrival, Roger greeted my friend and me at the entrance. I shared my previous dealership experience, and Roger immediately understood the situation—even without me mentioning the name—which spoke volumes about his knowledge and professionalism. He was more than happy to assist me in finding the right car. Roger guided me through the purchase of my 2026 Chevrolet Trax RS, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Before I left with my new car, Roger took the time to sit with me and thoroughly explain all the features, which I found both impressive and extremely helpful. A few days after my purchase, Roger checked in to see how I was enjoying my new car. This thoughtful follow-up was greatly appreciated. Absolutely the best car purchase experience EVER!! Staff is knowledgeable on their product and very friendly. Highly recommend everyone check out Henna's great team! From the sales force to the service department, everyone is top notch!!

Had an issue today during what should have been a simple tire rotation and oil change. My tire pressure sensors were working fine before the visit. After the service, I was told none of the sensors would sync because one was supposedly bad. I asked them to double-check, since it seemed like an odd coincidence for everything to stop working right after a rotation. They looked again but gave me the same explanation. Rather than taking responsibility up front or escalating it to a manager, I had to push for some sort of assurance. Eventually, they agreed to cover the labor but still charged me for the part. I went ahead with it just to avoid wasting more time. To make things worse, the final price wasn’t what was originally quoted. Poor communication all around. I’d recommend looking elsewhere for service. Holding customers financially responsible for problems that happen under your care isn’t acceptable. Be cautious if your technician is Alvin Castillo.
