The dealership was very clean, and easy to get to. I liked everyone I talked to there, they were knowledgeable and friendly and helped me a lot. I’m happy that the company employs such a friendly staff.
Only go to VW North Tampa because of Mandi. She is great to work with and always treats me right.
The staff is always polite but not stuffy. Very attentive but not annoying. Personable staff and knowledgeable mechanics. Prices are a higher than expected.
Fadi was an exceptional salesperson who made my purchase experience highly satisfactory. He was personable, receptive, and maneuvered to accommodate changes that arose.
