First time for me at this service center, for 20k standard maintenance. Service agent James (Jim) was very helpful and professional. Turnaround time was exactly as promised, that alone scores high marks for me. I waited in the waiting area which I found to be very comfortable, and very clean. I was impressed and will be going back again in future.

Kennedy was very helpful to me in choosing the Nissan Rouge. He explained the running of the vehicle, and the features. He was extremely pleasant and very easy to deal with.
