Back in the spring of 2022, I traded in a 2018 Subaru Impreza with only slightly over 12,000 miles for a 2022 Subaru Crosstrek and all I got for my Impreza was $14,000. I strongly believe that the dealership took advantage of me for one particular reason and I was told by Mark Koscus that it was over mileage, which was a lie. I was averaging 3,000 miles a year, which is way under mileage and I was locked in a deal, and that was also a lie. The salesman was a real liar. At the time, I didn't do anything because I was in a hurry to get the Crosstrek. Sometime after that, I'd taken my Crosstrek in for service and I was overcharged at the service department. The mechanics are constantly playing with my radio. A couple of times, they'd left mud on the doorsill. I strongly believe that this dealership took advantage of me and I strongly believe that Subaru of Morristown is definitely a predatory business where they take advantage of people like the elderly and people with disabilities. These people should not be dealt with and are just plain horrible.
Our sales associate was Jennifer D. Professional, good listener, gave direct responses to all our questions, and was responsive throughout our negotiations. Could not have been a better experience.
Just bought a car from Subaru Of Morristown and dealt with Chris Sullivan, who was very knowledgeable about the car. We were interested in and everyone was so nice to deal with. We definitely recommend this Dealer.
The best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The salesperson, Pedro Hernandez , was knowledgeable, friendly and , most importantly, not pushy. He listened to my needs , expectations and questions and told me he would sell me the car I wanted—— and he did. The final process of purchasing the car was a snap and the finance manager , Ray , was extremely helpful and even advised that a pre-paid maintenance option that I was considering was really not called for based upon our yearly mileage. Couldn’t be happier.
IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 1 STAR I WOULD DO SO. I BROUGHT IN MY 2019 STI FOR A RECALL. MY CAR WAS DRIVING GREAT BEFORE THE TOUCHED IT. PICKED IT UP 2 DAYS LATER AND DID NOT HAVE 5TH GEAR 6TH GEAR AND MY REVERSE LOCK OUT NO LONGER FUNCTION AND WOULD ALLOW YOU TO PUT THE CAR IN REVERSE IF YOU WERE TRYING TO SHIFT INTO 6TH. I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP TO EXPRESS MY CONCERN AND THEY COME BACK TELLING ME MY CAR WAS MESSED UP BEFORE I BROUGHT IT TO THEM, AND THEY STATE THEY WILL DIAG IT FOR 185 PER HOUR AFTER THERE TECH SCREWED THE CAR UP TO BEGIN WITH. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BRING ANY OF MY SUBARUS TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE!! BEWARE BEFORE YOU MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID
In the past several cars purchased/leased here we always had a great sales experience. With the current, a 2019 Outback Prem, from the day we took delivery 5yrs ago the car horn randomly beeps,1, 2, 3 times, in D, in P, in R... Moving, forward, reverse, high speed, low speed..... At every service (only serviced at Morristown Subaru) I bring it up and they say they can find anything... Yesterday I took it to Hacketstown Subaru and within 60 sec of me describing the issue they knew there was an Aug 2022 notice that certain serial # of remote start module (added at Subaru before taking delivery) can cause this issue. They ordered the part and I'll have the car back in a day. I don't think Morristown could diagnose a flat tire at this point.....
