I have purchased 6 Subaru s from Fresno Lithia! I like their sales staff, their service managers and even their finance managers. They have always been fair, sincerely friendly and direct with me. Also, my new Outback Wilderness is one of my favorite new cars of all time. Very positive experience both sales and service. I even like the coffee.
They were good about communicating to me through text and phone calls. Sent video of inspection.
My main experiences have been with the service department and the staff have always been courteous and they listen to me when explaining a problem - great service, most recently worked with Brandon through problems with getting recall issues taken care of and he was really helpful and concerned that I was accommodated in a timely manner.
Very personable, sales staff (Rosa) knowledgeable, fair and reasonable with offers. Entire staff pleasant and easy to work with. Loan officer Jason equally pleasant. All in all a very positive experience..
I was frustrated that my ac died again after a repair last year. The rep was helpful and efficient, plus found ways to lower the cost.
Made an appointment, test drove 2 Subaru Outbacks one with the 2.4 and the 2.5 engine . Went with the 2.5 engine Touring model. Alyssa was able to find my car and I had by the end of week. Alyssa was very easy to work with. I am enjoying my new Subaru Outback very much.
