Don't buy from this dealer. They claim no one speaks English. I had my car for 29 hours and returned it to get fixed since they stated I had a 2 year warranty. Only 1 item was fixed on the car.. they never called me about the car or work done. They had the car for 10 days. They only returned half my money back and then stated I had the car for 10days It was still on their lot and is still up for sale as we speak. Employees are not happy nor friendly. The owner is a crook. I also drove 2 hours to this dealer. Missed work and took 5 trips in the 10 days to see what what being done with vehicle.. Then to give me a check for half my down payment. When I said I was done they said o the person who authorized sign check not there. That's the 5th trip. I filed a complaint with BBB. Cars are so packed in there you can't even open door to look at the vehicle you want. So I complained to code enforcement as well. Please file as many complaints as possible. Hell just change his name again as they have done in the past. But this man needs to be stopped from robbing hard working people!! You can file a complaint with DMV dealer department as well of Osceola county!

I contacted the dealership on Monday to inquire if a vehicle I found online was still available. They informed me it was, and I indicated I would stop by soon to check it out. Tuesday rolls around and I find what I believe is the car in the lot, however the salesman tells me that it was sold on Saturday. He took one look at me and dismissed me as being a potential buyer. He had the air as though he couldn't be bothered to show me other vehicles. I had travelled over 100 miles that day, so it was beyond insulting to have this man look me up and down and then walk off. I just left.

I do NOT recommend this dealership!! They are cheats and liars, and conceal the truth whenever they can. I kept asking for a Carfax report of the vehicle I was interested in. He kept avoiding the subject. It wasn't til after I got very angry, and after signing all the paperwork for the loan that they told me the car had been in 2 accidents where airbags deployed! We observed that customer service was real bad on deals going on around us too! One guy traveled hours to buy a car there, and the transaction took all day!! Stay away from these frauds!!

Busca otro dealer. Venden carros con problemas mecanicos y no hacen nada el respecto. El unico interes de ellos es vender lo carros y ganar dinero sin importar la satisfaccion del cliente. Son unos ESTAFADORES. LADRONES.

Pesimo servicio y dicen muchas mentiras. Pidan que escriban todo lo q ellos te dicen. Antes de firmar el contraro te dicen que va arreglar cosas del vehiculo que hahas una cita con su mecanico. Son puras mentiras y se niegan en darte todo escrito.

I went to to buy a car on Thursday and I did not have much of a down payment and Juan made it work to where I was able to purchase a car, the car runs great and although it’s not a very new car it’s in good condition. Everyone there is very nice they all have great customer service and they make the process easy. I would recommend Marvin Motors 100% to anyone looking for a used car. If you ever buy a car there ask for Juan.
