very friendly, clean shop Aerea, service is very thorough on diagnosis, submitted claim to EXT warranty.

My service advisor, Bradley was very good and patient. He showed great restraint after another advisor next to him was rude and unprofessional to Bradley regarding a separate customer’s phone conversation.

I’ve always got great service at Ford City. The staff at Ford City are always pleasant and keep you informed. The only place I take my car to be serviced.
