The process of buying a car can be stressful, especially since this was my first time but he made it smooth and easy from start to finish. I had an amazing experience at this dealer from start to finish. Thanks to the salesman i worked with, Carlos, i left with a great new car. He made the deal run smoothly from start to finish, he was amazing to work with. If i could recommend any customer to work with any specific salesperson, it would be Carlos! Although the rest of the staff seemed awesome and genuine as well. Everyone a part of the process was very personable and at no moment did i feel uncomfortable, the exact opposite. i cannot say i have had an experience like this at any other dealership, and i’ve been to many AND in other states. truly, nothing tops my experience here. i am a young college student so i wont be purchasing any other vehicles after the one i left with anytime soon but i sure cannot wait when the time comes to give that opportunity back to Carlos and starling GMC in st. cloud!
