I had an amazing experience working with Rome. He was patient, professional, and genuinely took the time to understand my situation. I had been turned down by other dealerships, but Rome didn’t give up. He went over every available option and worked with me to find the best possible scenario. What really stood out was his honesty, patience, and willingness to explore every avenue instead of just telling me “no.” He made the entire process feel comfortable and never pressured me.
